About the role:
As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in our EMEA Distribution Centre in Venray by ensuring that all warehouse activities—from picking and packing to assembly—are carried out with accuracy, care, and efficiency. You’ll support both Order Fulfillment and Assembly departments, and be expected to follow work instructions and procedures, meet performance standards, and adapt flexibly to changing needs.
In this role you will:
- Perform warehouse activities such as picking, packing, replenishment, box building, quality control, and palletizing.
- Operate equipment in the Assembly area, including label machines, coding lines, seal machine, pallet jacks.
- Perform Assembly activities such as kitting, labeling & rework, as well as quality control, order preparation, canteen and buddy.
- Process returned products both physically and administratively.
- Participate in cycle counts and stock audits.
- Follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality procedures precisely.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Support continuous improvement by providing suggestions on processes and instructions.
- Report unsafe situations immediately and attend departmental meetings or presentations.
- Show flexibility in tasks and working hours, and actively participate in cross-training.
Our requirements:
- VBO/MBO level education or equivalent thinking.
- Experience with general warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a semi-automated environment.
- Clear communicator and team player with a positive and social attitude.
- Accurate, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to adapt quickly to changes in processes and work methods.
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Dutch and English language skills.
- EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) experience is a plus.
