About the role:
As a Planner, Supply & Deployment EMEA, you will be responsible for managing supply chain planning activities related to contract manufacturing across Europe. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing excess stock.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to balance supply and demand, drive operational excellence, and support business objectives. You will also contribute to product lifecycle management activities, including new product introductions, ensuring seamless transitions and successful market launches.
In this role, you will:
- Manage day-to-day supply planning activities in close collaboration with external manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely product availability across the EMEA region while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing excess stock.
- Drive seamless supply planning for both existing products and new product launches, supporting successful introductions to the market.
- Monitor performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall operational excellence.
- Support and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve supply challenges and ensure smooth execution of planning and deployment activities.
- Develop new standard ways of working within Oracle Fusion (Cloud-based Supply Planning)

Our Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level)
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a supply chain planning, deployment or a similar function will be an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships.
- A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently, taking ownership, and driving results.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt effectively in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail while maintaining a broader business perspective.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong results-oriented approach.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Very good command of Dutch (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Strong process and systems knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Education & Experience:

- Previous experience in supply chain planning, deployment, inventory management, or a similar function would be an advantage.
